PRECISION CUTTING MEANS NO REPAIR WORK
REDUCES NOISE LEVELSInstead of a conventional jackhammer, we use diamond cutting and drilling equipment. Our equipment operates without percussion to keep noise to a minimum for contracts in occupied buildings.
DIAMOND CORE DRILLING:With the use of a diamond core barrel, we are able to drill through reinforcing and other steel in concrete leaving a clean smooth finish with exact hole sizes. We keep the following core barrel sizes in stock and cost is calculated upon completion of drilling according to exact measurements.
DIAMETER SIZES:16, 18, 19, 25, 32, 40, 50, 60, 75, 88, 100, 125, 150, 200, 220, 250, 300, 350, 380, 500mm and 600mm diameter.
FURNACE DRILLING:We have been involved in furnace drilling for the past Twenty years. Depending on the material into which drilling is to be done, we use diamond core drilling with the use of water or where necessary dry core drilling or percussion drilling. We have partners in the industry who regularly manufacture specialized diamond segments for specific refractory materials, where conventional diamond segments are unable to drill into refractory materials.
DIAMOND SAW CUTTING:Using a diamond tipped blade, we are able to cut through reinforced concrete. This process leaves a smooth clean cut and as we use water whilst cutting, there is no dust. The largest blade we use is a 1,3m diameter, which allows us to cut to a depth of 600mm.
